What you'll do

AI Solution Development: Build comprehensive AI solutions to enable business growth and drive internal efficiency across Airwallex's global operations

System Architecture Design: Design and implement robust API and system architecture for new AI applications, ensuring scalability and maintainability

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to bring AI solutions from concept to production

Technical Leadership: Shape underlying architecture and establish best practices for the expanding AI portfolio, setting standards for the team

Innovation and Research: Stay current with cutting-edge AI technologies and implement innovative solutions that redefine customer support and automation

Code Quality Assurance: Write high-quality, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure robust AI applications

Performance Optimization: Optimize AI systems for large-scale distributed, high concurrency, and high availability requirements

Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers while fostering a culture of continuous learning

Backend Development5+ years of backend software development experience with specific focus on AI and machine learning applications

LLM Product DevelopmentProven experience building internal or customer-facing products using Large Language Models

Python ProficiencyStrong expertise in Python programming language for AI/ML development and backend services

Education
