Summary

Airwallex is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to join their Identity & Org team in Singapore, focusing on building secure and scalable mobile financial applications for global businesses. The role involves developing native iOS solutions for cross-border payments and financial services, working with cutting-edge technologies while ensuring regulatory compliance and data security.

What you'll do

iOS Application Development: Design and implement enterprise-grade iOS applications and libraries using Swift and native iOS frameworks

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define technical requirements and specifications

Full-cycle Product Development: Own complete product development lifecycle from concept to deployment and maintenance

Code Architecture and Refactoring: Collaborate with architects to refactor code and optimize design for maintainability, extensibility, and reusability

Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for protecting sensitive financial data and ensuring global regulatory compliance

Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive unit tests, maintain high test coverage, and support automated CI/CD pipelines

Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize app performance, memory usage, and battery consumption

Code Review and Mentoring: Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers on iOS development best practices

iOS Development ExpertiseExpert knowledge of iOS frameworks, ecosystem, and native development patterns

Swift ProgrammingAdvanced proficiency in Swift programming language for iOS development

API IntegrationExperience with RESTful API integration and network programming
