Summary

Senior IT Engineer specializing in Legal, Risk and Compliance (LRC) automation at Airwallex, a global fintech valued at $8B. This role focuses on building AI-powered workflows, orchestrations, and technical solutions to streamline legal operations while serving as the primary IT engineer for LRC teams across multiple global offices.

What you'll do

LRC Technical Partnership: Serve as primary IT engineer for Legal, Risk and Compliance teams, understanding workflows and building scalable solutions

Workflow Automation: Build and maintain complex workflows and orchestrations across multiple systems using low-code/no-code platforms

AI Implementation: Design and implement AI solutions specifically for legal functions, including Harvey.ai and other legal-specific tools

API Integration: Work with APIs across major vendors including Okta, Google, GCP, and Aliyun for seamless system integration

Application Management: Build, enhance and serve as technical owner for legal applications including Ironclad, Auditboard, and Google Workspace

Service Desk Operations: Manage and build service desks and orchestrations using Atlassian products like JIRA and Confluence

Full-Stack Project Leadership: Own complete lifecycle of features and products from proof-of-concept to implementation, operations and maintenance

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with INFOSEC, People Ops, Engineering and IT teams to build scalable global systems

Platform Integration: Integrate tools with new and existing platforms across cloud infrastructure and SaaS portfolio

Custom Development: Build and maintain custom tools or services when commercial solutions are insufficient

Incident Response: Respond to critical incidents as part of on-call rotation and emergency situations

Documentation Management: Write comprehensive technical documentation and maintain solution diagrams for team understanding

Continuous Improvement: Constantly evaluate, test and enhance products and offerings to prevent technical debt
