Manage ambiguity by translating vague problems into well-architected technical solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Technical Support and On-Call Operations: Serve on the IT Engineering team, handling escalations from support teams and providing expert technical guidance. Participate in on-call rotations and maintain a 'build it, own it' mentality for all solutions developed, ensuring continuity and system reliability.
  • Custom Solution Development: Write and build custom solutions when commercial products fall short of organizational needs. Evaluate build versus buy decisions based on technical requirements, timeline, cost, and long-term maintainability for Airwallex-specific challenges.
