What you'll do

Frontend Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and enhance highly scalable, performance-driven frontend solutions that power growth funnels, landing pages, and marketing campaigns

Code Quality & Maintenance: Write well-tested, maintainable, and efficient code using React and TypeScript, ensuring robust performance and smooth user interactions

Data Analytics Integration: Partner with data scientists and product managers to track and interpret critical user behavior metrics

A/B Testing Implementation: Build and integrate A/B testing frameworks, feature flags, and analytics solutions that optimize user acquisition strategies

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Design, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver delightful user experiences and participate in strategic planning sessions

Rapid Prototyping: Develop rapid prototypes to validate hypotheses about user acquisition and engagement

Conversion Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize user journey flows to reduce friction and increase conversions

Technical Leadership: Champion frontend best practices, ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance, and shape architectural roadmap

Security & Compliance: Integrate secure coding practices and frameworks to protect user data, maintain privacy standards, and comply with global regulations
