Summary

Airwallex is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their Frontend - Identity & User Security team in Singapore. This role focuses on building cutting-edge identity solutions and secure user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and micro-frontend architectures. The position requires 5+ years of frontend experience with 2+ years in frontend architecture, specifically for large-scale financial systems.

What you'll do

Frontend Application Development: Build high-quality products using latest versions of React and TypeScript

Micro-Frontend Architecture: Build micro-frontend web applications using domain-based design and Single SPA frameworks to ensure seamless integration

Backend-for-Frontend Integration: Leverage Apollo GraphQL as a Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) to build scalable and high-performance node services

Design System Development: Partner with the design team to build design systems and common component libraries, benchmarking against industry standards

Library Development: Deliver NPM packages and library widgets with open source projects to facilitate easy client integration

Cloud Infrastructure Management: Leverage GCP, Aliyun K8S, Bucket CDN, and Cloudflare to deploy micro-frontends and Node.js services using GitLab CI/CD

Quality Assurance: Adopt React Testing Library, Cypress, and Test Render to design high-quality unit and e2e tests with 80%+ coverage

CMS Development: Build no-code/serverless CMS systems for corporate and branding pages using Contentful and Next.js

Technical Leadership: Actively engage with the Frontend Guild, research cutting-edge technologies, and drive initiatives to build high-quality products
