What you'll do

AI Agent Architecture: Design and deploy sophisticated AI agents using advanced frameworks and orchestration layers

Workflow Automation: Create intelligent systems that automate complex, multi-step financial processes

AI Technique Application: Apply diverse AI techniques including prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, and custom model training

System Integration: Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to integrate AI reasoning into secure, production-ready systems

Continuous Improvement: Build self-improving AI systems that create compounding performance flywheels

What we look for

Technical

AI Engineering5+ years of applied AI/ML engineering with proven production deployments

ProgrammingAdvanced Python programming skills and machine learning framework expertise

Education

Advanced DegreeMS or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related technical field preferred

Experience

AI SystemsProven track record of building and deploying AI agents and multi-step reasoning systems
