What you'll do

Experiment Design and Implementation: Design and implement rigorous frontend experiments to improve payment product experience and payment success rates

Product Opportunity Identification: Identify and quantify opportunities to improve and grow the payments product, and drive roadmaps with those insights

Business Problem Translation: Translate open-ended business problems into clearly defined data science initiatives

Measurement Framework Development: Build scalable measurement frameworks and strategic north star metrics to enable consistent, data-driven decision-making across teams

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate data insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring findings influence stakeholders

Team Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior data scientists, and act as the single-threaded technical owner on cross-functional initiatives
