Alan is seeking a Full Software Engineer to drive international expansion of their innovative healthcare platform, focusing on building scalable, global-first systems that can rapidly deploy across multiple European markets. The ideal candidate will help transform healthcare delivery by creating flexible, adaptable technical infrastructure that supports Alan's mission of making prevention the new norm of care.

What you'll do

Global Platform Development: Design and build scalable, multi-country software platforms with adaptable architectures
International Market Integration: Create systems that can quickly onboard new countries with diverse healthcare regulations and payment infrastructures
Technical Architecture: Develop country-agnostic data models and configuration systems for rapid international expansion
Product Localization: Build flexible member experiences that adapt to different languages, cultures, and healthcare expectations

Technical

Programming LanguagesStrong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming languages like Python, Java, or C#
Web TechnologiesExperience with modern JavaScript frameworks and web development
Database SkillsProficiency with PostgreSQL and relational database design

Education

Computer ScienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred

Experience

Software DevelopmentMinimum 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
