Summary

Alan is seeking an experienced Fullstack Software Engineer to join their Claims Management team, focusing on building complex, scalable systems for processing healthcare claims across multiple European countries. The ideal candidate will be a passionate technologist with 3+ years of experience, excited about creating delightful user experiences and working in a mission-driven, high-growth healthcare technology environment.

What you'll do

Claims Processing: Develop and maintain systems for processing over €350M of healthcare expenses annually
Document Processing: Enhance automatic parsing of 2M documents per year using advanced technologies
User Experience: Create delightful and straightforward claims refund experiences across multiple platforms
Payment Infrastructure: Build payment systems to expedite member reimbursements
Fraud Prevention: Develop and improve machine learning-based fraud detection systems
