Summary

Alan is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to build and enhance their contract lifecycle platform, which powers the company's B2B insurance business across multiple European markets. The ideal candidate will work on scalable systems that streamline insurance operations, improve admin experiences, and contribute to Alan's mission of making healthcare more accessible and efficient.

What you'll do

Renewal System Development: Build a comprehensive system to manage insurance contract renewals with automation and clear monitoring capabilities
Global Contracting Platform: Develop a unified contracting and subscription stack that works across multiple countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada)
Internal Tools Enhancement: Create scalable internal tools like Proposal Builder and Account Hub with improved user experience
Compliance and Contract Management: Implement robust systems for tracking contract compliance, alternatives, and termination processes

Technical

Backend Experience3+ years of experience building scalable backend systems
High-Traffic ApplicationsProven track record with applications serving real-world users

Education

Computer ScienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred

Experience

System ArchitectureDemonstrable experience in designing and implementing complex software systems
Full Stack DevelopmentProven ability to work across backend and frontend technologies
