Summary

Alan is seeking a talented Fullstack Software Engineer to join their innovative healthcare technology team, focusing on building complex insurance and coverage systems across multiple European countries. The ideal candidate will develop scalable backend systems that transform healthcare access, working on critical projects like contract management, AI-assisted acquisition engines, and automated renewal platforms.

What you'll do

Contract & Service Stack Development: Build and maintain a unified system powering insurance coverage and contracts across multiple countries
AI-Assisted Acquisition Engine: Develop tools enabling sales teams to customize coverage, compute pricing, and generate contracts in real-time
Automated Renewal Systems: Create platforms for reviewing and adjusting insurance coverage incorporating legal changes and market trends
Technical Leadership: Mentor other engineers, influence product direction, and lead technical initiatives
