The role

Summary

Alan is seeking a Product Engineer Lead to drive growth and optimize the company's digital acquisition funnel across multiple European markets. The role focuses on building and improving web platforms, marketing engines, and self-serve conversion experiences that support Alan's mission of transforming healthcare access and insurance.

What you'll do

Website Optimization: Build and optimize alan.com, managing a high-traffic platform that drives member conversion across multiple markets
Marketing Infrastructure: Develop and scale acquisition channels including paid, SEO, and AI-driven marketing campaigns across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada
Conversion Experience Design: Create seamless self-serve flows that enable instant conversion from prospect discovery to final signup
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Research, and Product teams to drive strategic business initiatives
Team Leadership: Lead an Acquisition Funnel crew of approximately 8 team members, including 4 engineers, with 40% individual contribution
