Summary

Articul8 is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to design, develop, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure for their enterprise GenAI platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-performance, secure, and scalable infrastructure solutions that support the company's advanced AI technologies across regulated industries.

What you'll do

Infrastructure Design and Development: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve cloud-based infrastructure with a focus on high availability, low latency, and cost-effectiveness
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering and research teams to integrate infrastructure components with product features, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience
Technology Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert in infrastructure when designing new products and introducing new technologies to the existing product line
Automation and Tooling: Develop automation scripts, tools, and frameworks to streamline deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes
Security Implementation: Implement robust security measures adhering to industry standards and best practices to safeguard sensitive data and prevent potential vulnerabilities
Performance Optimization: Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for optimization, and propose data-driven improvements
Knowledge Sharing: Participate in code reviews, contribute to open-source projects, and mentor junior engineers

What we look for

Technical

Cloud PlatformsExtensive experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP cloud infrastructure
Infrastructure as CodeProficiency in IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible
Configuration ManagementExperience with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef for system configuration
Container TechnologiesAdvanced knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker Swarm for container orchestration

Education

Academic BackgroundBSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field required; Master's or PhD preferred

Experience

Professional ExperienceMinimum of 7+ years of experience in infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting
