Clipboard Health is seeking a customer-centric Software Engineer for their Action Team, focusing on optimizing worker onboarding and activation in healthcare staffing. The role involves full-stack development with complex backend challenges in document processing, credential validation, and compliance systems for healthcare professionals.

What you'll do

Worker Onboarding Workflow: Design and implement seamless onboarding processes for healthcare professionals from app download to first shift completion
Document Processing: Develop infrastructure to parse, extract, and validate complex healthcare professional documentation including licenses, background checks, and compliance documents
Mobile Application Development: Enhance mobile application experience using existing component libraries and implementing user-centric design patterns
Compliance System Management: Create robust systems to handle state-regulated documentation and credential verification processes

TypeScriptAdvanced proficiency in TypeScript for full-stack development
ReactStrong frontend development skills with React
