Summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to support their innovative telehealth platform, focusing on maintaining critical IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and providing robust technical support across the organization. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage complex IT operations in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.

What you'll do

IT Systems Management: Maintain stability and efficiency of in-house information systems supporting core organizational functions
Security Compliance: Implement and evaluate security policies ensuring compliance with SOX and HIPAA regulations
Infrastructure Support: Manage operating systems, security tools, email systems, laptops, software, and hardware related to operations
Documentation and Best Practices: Build and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hardening documentation, and internal reference materials
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multiple technical and non-technical teams to identify efficiencies and execute system improvements

What we look for

Technical

Operating SystemsProficient in Mac OS X and Windows administration
Network InfrastructureExperience with Cisco Meraki, Cisco Catalyst (security appliances, managed switches, wireless access points)
Hardware SupportFamiliarity with label printer and scanning technology (Zebra, Sato)

Education

Degree PreferenceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience

Experience

IT Operations4-6 years of IT experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
