What you'll do

IT Systems Management: Ensure stability, integrity, and efficient operation of in-house information systems supporting core organizational functions
Security Compliance: Implement and maintain security policies, evaluate system security in compliance with SOX and HIPAA regulations
Infrastructure Maintenance: Maintain essential IT operations including operating systems, security tools, email systems, laptops, software, and hardware
Documentation and Best Practices: Build and maintain SOPs, best practices, hardening documentation, and internal reference materials
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional partners to identify efficiencies and execute improvements to internal systems

What we look for

Technical

Operating SystemsAdvanced knowledge of Mac OS X and Windows system administration
Network InfrastructureExperience with Cisco Meraki, Cisco Catalyst security appliances, managed switches, wireless access points, and cameras
Server ManagementProficiency in server environment installation, configuration, and operation

Education

Degree PreferenceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience

Experience

IT Experience4-6 years of proven IT operations experience in a high-growth environment
Technology SupportExperience with label printer and scanning technology (Zebra, Sato)

Skills

Required skills

Technical Problem SolvingExpert in proposing, implementing, configuring, and testing solutions to complex business-critical problems
Security AwarenessStrong understanding of IT security protocols and compliance requirements

Nice to have
