Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Staff Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that make a significant impact on healthcare delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust solutions that support our mission of enhancing patient care and streamlining healthcare processes.
What You’ll Do:
Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications that serve as the backbone of our healthcare AI platform.
Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into technical designs and user-friendly interfaces.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs to enable seamless integrations with various healthcare systems and third-party services.
Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) to ensure high reliability and maintainability of our software.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack, from front-end functionality to back-end infrastructure.
Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise to foster their growth and enhance team capabilities.
Work closely with our data science team to deploy machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) algorithms into production environments.
Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews, ensuring adherence to design principles and standards.
Engage in agile development processes, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to continuously improve team workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
8-10 years of relevant work experience in fullstack web development, with a focus on modern technologies and frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving, coding, and debugging skills with a proven ability to deliver scalable solutions.
Deep understanding of modern web application development, including proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby).
Strong ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and implement effective solutions across multiple services.
Experience writing maintainable, well-tested, and reliable code, with adherence to software development best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate designs, architecture, and technical concepts clearly.
A collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
