Summary

Notable is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain Large Language Model (LLM) integrations that power AI features across their healthcare automation platform. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end implementation of scalable AI solutions, translating complex requirements into high-impact technical plans while contributing to the company's mission of transforming healthcare workforce productivity.

What you'll do

LLM Integration Development: Develop and maintain Large Language Model integrations to power AI features across Notable's healthcare solutions
System Performance Optimization: Ensure scalability, reliability, and high-performance production of AI features
Technical Planning: Translate abstract requirements into structured, actionable technical plans and milestones
End-to-End Ownership: Manage full project lifecycle from discovery and requirements to design, implementation, launch, and post-delivery monitoring
Technical Decision Making: Evaluate and articulate technical trade-offs and implications of architectural choices
AI Efficiency Enhancement: Leverage AI agents to improve development velocity and operational efficiency
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate across engineering and adjacent teams to share learnings and continuously improve processes

Education

Advanced DegreeBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred
