Notable is seeking an experienced AI Platform Architect Manager to lead a high-performing team of Platform Architects in transforming healthcare workflows using their innovative AI platform. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in enterprise software and healthcare technology with strong leadership skills to design, optimize, and scale intelligent workflow solutions.

What you'll do

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AI Platform Architects, supporting their technical growth and career development
Implementation Oversight: Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of customer implementations, aligning with Notable's best practices and customer outcomes
Technical Strategy: Provide technical guidance and oversight, driving architectural excellence and scalability of the platform
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence platform improvements and roadmap prioritization
Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency in project planning, documentation, testing, and customer collaboration processes
Innovation Leadership: Foster team learning and innovation, promoting best practices and cutting-edge AI techniques

What we look for

Technical

Enterprise Software ArchitectureDeep understanding of enterprise software workflow design, particularly in healthcare technology
AI and Automation TechnologiesExperience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and automation frameworks
Healthcare TechnologyKnowledge of health system technologies like Electronic Health Records (EHRs), CRMs, and care coordination tools

Education
