What you'll do

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI Platform Architects, supporting their technical execution, customer engagement, and career development
Implementation Oversight: Oversee delivery of high-quality AI workflow implementations, ensuring alignment with customer outcomes and project timelines
Technical Guidance: Provide technical oversight to ensure platform architecture adheres to best practices and scales effectively
Operational Excellence: Drive team efficiency through streamlined project planning, documentation, testing, and cross-functional collaboration
Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to channel market insights into platform improvements and roadmap prioritization
Innovation Development: Foster team learning by promoting best practice sharing, platform mastery, and exploration of cutting-edge AI techniques

Education
