What you'll do

AI Workflow Transformation: Convert complex manual permitting processes into seamless, AI-enabled software experiences that enhance construction project efficiency
Full Stack Development: Design and implement comprehensive backend and frontend services, robust APIs, and data pipelines supporting AI-driven workflows
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales teams to deliver intelligent, user-centric features that drive product innovation
End-to-End Feature Ownership: Manage features comprehensively from architectural design through implementation, testing, and production deployment
Engineering Culture Development: Contribute to establishing and maintaining high-quality engineering best practices and fostering a culture of technical excellence

What we look for

Technical

Full Stack ProficiencyStrong experience in full-stack development, with a preference for startup or fast-paced team background
Technology StackExpertise or quick learning capability in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres
System DesignProven track record of deploying production systems with strategic trade-offs for speed, reliability, and scalability

Education

Computer Science DegreeBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred

Experience

Professional Software Development3-5 years of professional software engineering experience, with demonstrated ability to own and deliver complex features
