Summary

Replit is seeking a Head of Forward Deployed Engineering to lead a strategic team that works directly with enterprise customers to operationalize AI-native software development. This role requires a highly technical leader who can embed with customers, build production systems, and drive innovative AI-powered engineering workflows across strategic enterprise accounts.

What you'll do

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performance Forward Deployed Engineering team with a focus on speed, ownership, and customer impact

Customer Engagement: Directly partner with enterprise customers to redesign workflows and implement AI-native software development strategies

Product Influence: Identify and transform customer implementation patterns into reusable platform capabilities

Technical Execution: Lead the development of production systems and complex technical integrations across customer environments
