Role

What you'll do.

Replit is seeking a Software Engineer, Enterprise to join their new Enterprise team and build full-stack features for B2B customers. This role focuses on developing scalable enterprise solutions including authentication, permissions, security, and collaboration tools while working closely with customers to iterate on solutions based on their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Full Stack Development: Build and own features across the full stack that serve enterprise customers, from backend services to user-facing interfaces
  • Enterprise Solutions Architecture: Design and implement scalable solutions for teams and organizations including authentication, permissions, security, and compliance features
  • Customer Collaboration: Work directly with customers to understand their needs and iterate on solutions based on feedback
  • Technical Decision Making: Contribute to technical decisions and architecture for the Enterprise platform
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to deliver high-quality experiences
  • Engineering Mentorship: Mentor other engineers and raise the bar for engineering excellence
  • Rapid Development Cycles: Ship quickly and iterate based on customer feedback and usage data

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Engineer to join as an early member of our new Enterprise team. Working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and AI engineers, you'll craft solutions that enable our customers to build, deploy, and share their applications seamlessly. This role requires both technical expertise and a deep understanding of user needs to deliver features that make an impact.
