The role

Summary

Satispay seeks a Business Developer for its Payments Network to expand merchant acquisition and drive business growth. The role focuses on outbound sales, network expansion, and building strategic relationships with potential merchants across assigned geographic areas.

What you'll do

Network Expansion: Acquire new commercial activities to expand the Satispay SuperNetwork by identifying and onboarding potential merchants
Outbound Engagement: Proactively contact and convince merchants to register on the Satispay Business app within assigned geographic territories
Sales Negotiation: Manage sales negotiations using strong communication and persuasion skills to efficiently convert potential clients
CRM Management: Independently manage customer acquisition pipeline in Hubspot CRM while maintaining compliance standards
Solution Promotion: Articulate the advantages and simplicity of the Satispay payment solution to potential merchants

What we look for

Technical

CRM SoftwareProficiency in using Hubspot or similar Customer Relationship Management platforms
Sales ToolsFamiliarity with digital sales and communication tools

Education

DegreeBachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field

Experience

Sales ExperienceProven track record in business development, client acquisition, or sales-related roles
Merchant EngagementExperience or strong interest in acquiring new clients and managing commercial negotiations
