The role

Summary

Satispay is seeking an Inside Business Developer for their Payments team, focusing on expanding merchant networks and developing innovative payment solutions. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, entrepreneurial professional with strong communication skills and a passion for fintech, responsible for acquiring new businesses, managing customer relationships, and driving payment platform growth.

What you'll do

Network Expansion: Acquire new commercial businesses to expand the Satispay Network, with a primary focus on converting inbound leads
Customer Value Development: Engage existing merchants to promote adoption of new features and premium solutions through targeted upselling activities
Sales Negotiation: Manage client negotiations using advanced communication and negotiation skills to effectively convert both inbound and outbound customers quickly
CRM Management: Independently manage acquisition and development pipeline using HubSpot CRM, ensuring compliance with required standards
Solution Promotion: Explain the advantages, simplicity, and innovation of Satispay's payment services to potential merchants and existing partners

What we look for

Technical

CRM ToolsProficiency in using HubSpot or similar Customer Relationship Management platforms
Sales TechnologiesFamiliarity with digital sales tools and communication platforms

Education

Business DegreeBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred

Experience

Sales ExperienceDemonstrated experience in B2B sales, customer acquisition, or business development
Fintech ExposurePrior experience or strong interest in digital payments and financial technology
