Technical Strategy: Define and implement technical strategy for the Consumer Wealth domain, architecting complex subsystems for savings and investment features
System Architecture: Design and build scalable, high-quality systems that solve complex financial engineering problems
Technical Leadership: Drive technical alignment across the organization, represent technical vision internally and externally
Talent Development: Mentor and develop the next generation of technical leaders, championing a culture of high-quality engineering
Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging technology trends in FinTech and wealth management, generating intellectual property

What we look for

Technical

Cloud PlatformsComprehensive understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and services
System DesignAdvanced ability to architect complex, scalable microservices and backend systems
Financial TechnologyStrong knowledge of financial product implementation and wealth management systems

Education

Computer ScienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
Advanced CertificationsAdditional certifications in cloud computing, software architecture, or financial technology are advantageous

Experience

Backend EngineeringMinimum 7 years of experience in back-end software engineering within product-based companies
