What you'll do

Strategic Account Management: Take ownership of technical success and consumption trajectory within assigned customer portfolio, acting as single point of contact
Outcome-Based Customer Engagement: Apply outcome-based selling mindset to help customers solve complex data challenges and unlock maximum business value
Technical Advisory Services: Serve as trusted strategic advisor providing guidance on data strategy, technology stack integration, and use case activation
AI-Powered Solution Delivery: Leverage cutting-edge AI-powered development tools and automation to accelerate solutions and implementation guidance
Architectural Guidance: Provide Snowflake-specific foundational guidance including architectural best practices, workload isolation, warehouse utilization, and security setup
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with account teams, Professional Services, Support, and external partners to ensure seamless resource orchestration
Educational Program Development: Create and deliver reusable programs such as hands-on labs and webinars to educate customers on platform features
Product Feedback Integration: Act as key feedback loop from field to influence future product development with Product Management and Engineering teams
Technical Support and Triage: Efficiently triage customer inquiries, assist with demos, troubleshooting, and identify expansion opportunities
Customer Success Metrics: Drive consumption metrics, document use case success, and ensure customer retention and growth within managed portfolio

Education
