Summary

A Senior Forward Deployed Engineer at Snowflake will be a critical technical advisor embedded with customers, driving data modernization and AI initiatives using the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. The role requires deep technical expertise in data engineering, cloud platforms, and AI/ML technologies, with a focus on delivering transformative solutions that help clients unlock the full potential of their data ecosystem.

What you'll do

Software Development: Design, build, and deploy robust software systems, tooling, and automation to support customer solutions on Snowflake, with comprehensive documentation of technical configurations and best practices.
Data Engineering & Platform Implementation: Create scalable data pipelines and modern data architectures on Snowflake, ensuring data quality, integrity, and efficient processing within customer data environments.
Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize data models, queries, and workflows to maximize performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in the Snowflake ecosystem.
Client Collaboration: Provide expert technical guidance, mentorship, and training to client teams on leveraging Snowflake's platform, including data management, analytics, AI/ML capabilities, and BI integration.
Technical Support: Identify and resolve technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and operational issues in customer data environments.
