Summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their Production Control Plane team, focusing on building scalable cloud infrastructure deployment and lifecycle management platforms. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in cloud computing, infrastructure as code, and have a strong passion for solving complex distributed systems challenges.

What you'll do

Infrastructure Platform Development: Build and maintain highly scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure deployment and lifecycle management systems
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance on complex projects spanning infrastructure, platforms, tools, and cloud automation
Platform Adoption: Champion platform adoption and drive business goals across cross-functional teams
Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior engineering team members, fostering professional growth and development
Cloud Infrastructure Understanding: Develop comprehensive understanding of Snowflake's complex infrastructure and service ecosystems

Programming LanguagesProficiency in Go, Java, Python, or C++
