Summary

Snowflake is seeking a Software Engineer to work on Snowflake Notebooks, a cutting-edge development interface for Python and SQL within Snowsight. The ideal candidate will drive high-impact initiatives across the product's tech stack, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to the product vision while building scalable, high-performance solutions.

What you'll do

Product Development: Drive high-impact initiatives across Snowflake Notebooks product areas and tech stack
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Promote strong collaboration with design, product management, and sister teams including Machine Learning, Container Services, billing, and cloud infrastructure
Technical Leadership: Contribute to product vision, drive team planning, and build scalable high-performance solutions

What we look for

Technical

Web Application ArchitectureDeep understanding of modern web applications design, API design patterns, security, performance, and scale
Programming LanguagesProficiency in NodeJS, Java, JavaScript (React)

Education

Computer ScienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred

Experience

Software Development2+ years of hands-on software development experience, including backend or full stack software development
