Summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to drive critical cross-functional initiatives across engineering teams. The ideal candidate will lead complex programs, align stakeholders, and optimize execution while maintaining high-quality standards and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic, innovative cloud data platform environment.

What you'll do

Program Execution: Own end-to-end planning and execution for complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning internal enablement and customer-facing projects
Stakeholder Alignment: Align stakeholders across engineering, product, leadership, and customers by driving clarity on goals, scope, roles, timelines, and dependencies
Performance Management: Define, track, and report KPIs and success metrics; use data to identify gaps, measure impact, and guide prioritization
Continuous Improvement: Gather and synthesize feedback from internal teams and customers to translate insights into actionable recommendations for product, tooling, and process improvements
Documentation and Communication: Create scalable documentation, playbooks, and communications to improve consistency, accelerate ramp, and streamline repeatable execution

What we look for

Technical AcumenStrong understanding of software engineering processes, methodologies, and technical ecosystems
Data LiteracyFamiliarity with SQL, Python, and data management principles

Education

Academic BackgroundBS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

Experience

Program Management Experience5+ years of demonstrated industry experience leading medium to large programs in the software industry
