Summary

Stepful is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive innovative technological solutions in healthcare education, focusing on developing advanced learning management systems, AI-powered career services, and data-driven platforms that transform educational experiences and student outcomes.

What you'll do

Learning Management System Development: Design and implement advanced learning platforms with adaptive learning, gamification, and engaging user experiences
AI-Powered Career Services: Develop generative AI solutions to enhance job-seeking processes, including resume generation and interview training tools
Content Management Innovation: Create scalable technology for rapid curriculum development and iteration
Data Pipeline Management: Build and maintain robust data infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making across the organization

What we look for

Technical

Full Stack ProficiencyAbility to handle entire development lifecycle across frontend and backend technologies
Technology StackComfortable working with React+TypeScript, and at least one backend technology (Python, Node.js, Ruby)

Education

Computer ScienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred

Experience

Professional Experience5+ years of full-stack engineering experience in a professional setting
