What you'll do

Feature Architecture: Architect and implement end-to-end features across frontend and backend environments that directly drive customer value in the healthcare automation platform.
AI Technology Integration: Adopt and apply the latest artificial intelligence techniques, working at the cutting edge of technology innovation in document processing and workflow automation.
Performance Optimization: Lead performance optimization initiatives, ensuring code quality, scalability, and adherence to best engineering practices as the company grows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, product, and design teams to incorporate customer feedback and translate user insights into meaningful product improvements.
Proactive Innovation: Embrace a founder's mindset by driving projects from conception to completion, contributing significantly to the company's technological growth and strategic objectives.
