Summary

UiPath is seeking a Forward Deployed Data Scientist II in Manchester to partner directly with customers across various sectors, applying advanced machine learning, AI, and data science to solve real-world commercial challenges. This customer-facing role combines hands-on technical work with stakeholder management, requiring strong programming skills in Python/R and expertise in statistical modeling and AI technologies.

What you'll do

Customer Deployment: Work directly with customers to deploy, customize, and build AI products that transform their business operations

Product Development: Act as core member of Applied Sciences and Engineering team, shaping products and driving business growth through data-driven solutions

Stakeholder Management: Engage with diverse stakeholders from academic experts to customer teams, handling complex situations independently

Research and Development: Stay current with technological developments, research, and emerging trends in machine learning, AI, and data science

Statistical Modeling: Apply expertise in statistical modeling, forecasting, optimization, and advanced analytics to address customer needs

Technical Communication: Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Data Analysis: Work with various datasets using Python, SQL, and statistical software to derive actionable insights

Data Visualization: Contribute to data visualization efforts and support decision-making by translating data into business value

Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to expand role impact and contribute to UiPath's growth

Technical

Machine Learning ExpertiseStrong expertise in machine learning, data science, and AI with passion for innovative applications

Programming SkillsStrong programming abilities or quick learning capacity for new technologies, preferably Python or R

Education
