UiPath is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer to drive innovation in business orchestration and AI-native enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will be a visionary technical leader who can architect large-scale cloud services, integrate cutting-edge AI technologies, and transform enterprise workflow automation with a founder's mindset and deep technical expertise.

What you'll do

Technical Leadership: Propose, architect, and ship large-scale cloud services with a startup-like approach and founder's mindset

Technical Strategy: Drive consensus across stakeholders through clear, data-driven communication and technical diplomacy

Engineering Excellence: Champion developer productivity, code quality, and scalability in the development process

AI Integration: Build AI-native systems that solve complex enterprise workflow and automation challenges

Customer Validation: Partner with enterprise customers to validate and iterate on product initiatives

Technical

Distributed SystemsExpert-level understanding of distributed systems architecture, including OLTP/OLAP data layers

Programming ParadigmsMastery of multiple programming language paradigms and advanced schema design

API DesignAbility to create robust, scalable public-facing APIs that drive ecosystem growth

Education

Advanced DegreeComputer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred

Experience

Industry Experience10+ years of experience architecting and building large-scale commercial applications
