Summary

Zip is seeking a Software Engineer for its AI Product team (ZipX) to develop cutting-edge AI-driven procurement solutions. The role involves building intelligent, production-grade AI features that transform enterprise procurement workflows, working in high-ownership pods to deliver impactful technologies for leading companies like OpenAI, Snowflake, and Coinbase.

What you'll do

AI Product Development: Design and implement highly reliable, production-grade AI products and features
User Experience: Transform complex AI concepts into intuitive, customer-facing experiences
Full-Cycle Engineering: Own features end-to-end from scoping and architecture to shipping and iterating
Code Quality: Write high-quality, extensible, and maintainable code supporting Zip's AI-first strategy
Platform Integration: Build scalable APIs, backend services, and frontend components integrating AI capabilities

Technical

Production DevelopmentAbility to develop reliable, scalable web applications and services
AI TechnologiesUnderstanding of AI concepts, LLM technologies, and intelligent workflow design
System ArchitectureExperience in designing extensible and maintainable software architectures

Education
