Summary

1Password is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to lead its Infrastructure and Platform Services organization, responsible for developing cloud-native infrastructure solutions that power the company's credential management and identity security platforms. The ideal candidate will drive strategic technical direction, build high-performing teams, and create scalable, secure infrastructure services that enable developer productivity across the software development lifecycle.

What you'll do

Strategic Leadership: Translate business and product strategy into actionable infrastructure and platform service roadmaps

Team Development: Build, scale, and lead high-performing engineering organizations with a focus on talent growth and development

Technical Direction: Drive technical design, implementation, and continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure and platform services

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Security, and Engineering teams to prioritize investments and accelerate delivery
