Summary

1Password is seeking a Staff Developer for their Identity Platform team to lead the development of critical authentication and access management systems. The role focuses on building scalable, secure identity services that power 1Password's enterprise and consumer offerings, requiring deep expertise in identity technologies and distributed systems architecture.

Identity Services Development: Design and evolve core identity services for 1Password's products

System Architecture: Architect scalable authentication, authorization, and session management systems

Technical Leadership: Mentor engineers and drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment

Security Strategy: Anticipate security risks and ensure compliance with modern identity standards
