What you'll do

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering collaborative and high-performing work environment

Technical Architecture: Provide hands-on technical leadership and present/defend technical designs and decisions

Transaction Engine Development: Lead development of scalable transaction engine focused on financial accuracy and adaptability

Multi-currency Platform: Build and maintain distributed multi-currency wallet platform with precise financial oversight

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business objectives

Innovation and Tooling: Innovate productivity-enhancing tools and processes, exploring AI opportunities for engineering practices

System Observability: Improve system monitoring, logging, and observability across distributed infrastructure

Financial Accuracy: Ensure financial correctness and reliability in client ledgers and transaction processing

Distributed Systems7+ years experience designing and implementing distributed systems with focus on availability and consistency

Backend DevelopmentStrong foundation in backend development and database technologies
