Summary

What you'll do

Identity System Design: Design, implement and maintain identity and authentication systems including Okta and Google Workspace

Access Control Management: Manage and improve authentication policies, access controls and build strong access management policies

User Lifecycle Automation: Automate and orchestrate user lifecycles across systems and services from onboarding to offboarding

Full-Stack Project Ownership: Own the full lifecycle of identity features from proof-of-concept to implementation, operations and maintenance

Escalation Resolution: Handle technical escalations from IT teams and provide expert-level support

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with INFOSEC, People Ops, Engineering and IT teams to build scalable systems

Platform Integration: Integrate identity tools with cloud platforms and SaaS portfolio including SFDC, Slack, and Google

Custom Tool Development: Build and maintain custom tools or services to solve complex identity management problems

Incident Response: Respond to identity-related incidents as part of on-call rotation and emergency situations

Documentation Management: Write comprehensive technical documentation and maintain system architecture diagrams

Continuous Improvement: Constantly evaluate, test and enhance identity products and offerings to prevent system degradation

Okta Platform MasteryExpert level experience with Okta identity and access management platform

Programming SkillsExperience with Python programming language for automation and scripting

Infrastructure as CodeProficiency with Terraform and other infrastructure automation tools

Cloud Platform KnowledgeExperience using and understanding AWS, GCP and other cloud infrastructure

Access Control SystemsUnderstanding of RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, ACLs and access management principles

SaaS IntegrationExperience working with SaaS-based systems and application integrations

MDM SystemsStrong understanding of mobile device management systems including JAMF, Intune, Kandji for macOS and Windows

Education

Bachelor's DegreeBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
