The role

Summary

Alan is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer specializing in Security for their Tech Foundations team, focusing on building foundational security components and secure-by-default patterns. The ideal candidate will help protect sensitive health data, develop authentication and encryption systems, and contribute to Alan's mission of creating a seamless, secure healthcare platform across Europe.

What you'll do

Authentication Development: Design and implement advanced authentication systems, working towards passwordless solutions with excellent user experience
Encryption Engineering: Develop and maintain end-to-end encryption components for secure healthcare data transmission
Security Platform Development: Create and evolve secure file exchange platforms and medical data isolation systems
Security Practice Enhancement: Contribute to improving security engineering practices, including vulnerability management, CI/CD security, and infrastructure protection

Full Stack ExpertiseProven ability to work across frontend and backend technologies

Education

Computer ScienceBachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Experience
