The role

Summary

Alan is seeking an experienced Fullstack Software Engineer specializing in AI-driven healthcare solutions, focusing on building advanced conversational support systems for over 1M members across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. The ideal candidate will help scale AI-powered customer service technologies, working on innovative systems that automate and enhance healthcare interactions.

What you'll do

AI System Development: Implement and enhance conversational AI systems that handle customer support interactions across multiple channels
Scalability Engineering: Develop solutions to scale support systems from 1M to 10M+ members with high performance and reliability
System Architecture: Contribute to and influence the overall system architecture, ensuring code quality and technical excellence
Team Development: Mentor other engineers, participate in hiring, and help shape the engineering culture and interview processes

Backend ExpertiseStrong background in software engineering with a focus on backend systems
AI TechnologiesExperience with machine learning, large language models, or voice AI systems

Education

Technical DegreeComputer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred
