What you'll do

Healthcare Technology Development: Build and maintain next-generation healthcare frameworks across multiple countries and products
AI-Powered Systems: Develop AI-assisted sales and contract generation systems with real-time pricing capabilities
Automated Renewal System: Create systems for automatic contract review and adjustment accounting for legal and economic changes
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with insurance experts, business specialists, and other engineering teams

What we look for

Technical

Backend System Experience3+ years of experience building scalable backend systems
High-Traffic Application DevelopmentProven track record of developing applications used by real users

Education

Computer ScienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred

Experience

Full Stack DevelopmentDemonstrable experience in developing both frontend and backend components of web applications
