Summary

Alan is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to drive growth and brand initiatives, focusing on building critical marketing and self-serve systems that directly impact member acquisition and company expansion across multiple European markets. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a product-driven mindset to create scalable, user-centric solutions that enhance Alan's digital health insurance platform.

What you'll do

Website Development: Build and optimize alan.com, developing high-traffic platform for member conversion across multiple markets
Marketing Infrastructure: Power acquisition channels including paid, SEO, and AI-driven traffic generation systems
Conversion Experience Design: Develop seamless self-serve flows that enable instant member onboarding from initial discovery to final signup
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Research, Product, Engineering, Data, and Design teams to drive business initiatives

Web TechnologiesProficiency in modern web application development technologies
Programming LanguagesStrong experience with TypeScript and Python, Object-Oriented Programming skills
