Summary

Alan is seeking a Mobile Software Engineer to join their innovative Mo health companion project, working at the intersection of product engineering, ML, and medical expertise. The ideal candidate will help build a cutting-edge AI-powered medical assistant that provides personalized healthcare support to over a million members across multiple countries.

What you'll do

Mobile Development: Continuously refine the mobile experience of Mo, ensuring a snappy, delightful, and memorable conversational interface
AI System Enhancement: Implement new capabilities for Mo, working across engineering, data, and medical expertise domains
System Scaling: Prepare the Mo platform for unprecedented scale, focusing on latency, error rate, and error recovery
Architecture Development: Extend the system architecture to support future needs of the Mo AI assistant, including contextual understanding and multi-country accessibility
Team Contribution: Mentor engineers, contribute to product and engineering culture, and participate in hiring and team-building processes

What we look for

Technical

Mobile DevelopmentStrong background in mobile software engineering with proven expertise
Machine LearningExperience with traditional ML, LLMs, or ML DevOps is highly valued
System ArchitectureAbility to design and implement scalable software architectures

Education

Computer ScienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred

Experience

Professional ExperienceMinimum 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on mobile development
