The role

Summary

Assured is seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to drive the frontend architecture of their B2B SaaS platform in the insurance technology space. The ideal candidate will lead critical frontend initiatives, create scalable UI systems, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, user-centered digital experiences that transform claims processing.

What you'll do

Frontend Architecture Leadership: Own major areas of the frontend codebase, making critical architectural decisions to ensure performance, reliability, and consistency across the product.
UI Design and Implementation: Design and implement new UI elements and workflows, transforming conceptual ideas into refined, production-ready interfaces with high visual and interaction quality.
Product Development: Write, test, and ship high-quality code, driving new product features from conception to production across the entire development lifecycle.
Quality and Standards: Raise the bar for UX and design quality, establishing standards for speed, consistency, and visual polish across the platform.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to deliver cohesive, user-centered experiences that meet both technical and user experience standards.
Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customer needs by incorporating user feedback and usage insights into product decision-making processes.
Engineering Mentorship: Lead and mentor engineering team members, contributing to the growth and development of the engineering culture.

Education
