Summary

Benchling is seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Engineer to join their App Core & IAM Platform team, focusing on building robust authentication, authorization, and feature configuration systems for their biotechnology R&D cloud platform. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale application projects, architect scalable backend solutions, and contribute to enterprise-grade security and user experiences.

What you'll do

Platform Project Delivery: Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale application platform projects, from ideation to full rollout, integrating AI-driven experiences strategically
Full Stack Engineering: Architect robust admin backends and APIs, build intuitive admin experiences, and ensure high performance and quality through comprehensive testing and monitoring
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering peers to craft high-impact, user-centric product solutions
Platform Innovation: Innovate and launch new product experiences while enhancing existing platform products to achieve enterprise-grade maturity
Team and Process Evolution: Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering tooling, processes, and talent acquisition strategies
