Summary

Cohere is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer for their Agentic Platform, focusing on developing and deploying AI workspace solutions for enterprise clients. The role involves building cutting-edge AI agents, working directly with customers, and delivering secure, high-performance AI integration solutions across critical industry sectors.

What you'll do

North Platform Development: Build and ship features for North, Cohere's AI workspace platform, focusing on creating robust and secure enterprise AI solutions.
Autonomous Agent Development: Develop sophisticated autonomous agents capable of interacting with sensitive enterprise data while maintaining high security standards.
Customer Engagement: Work directly with enterprise clients to understand their needs, experiment rapidly, and deliver AI solutions that exceed expectations.
End-to-End Deployment: Lead comprehensive deployments of North platform in private cloud and on-premises environments, including planning, configuration, testing, and rollout.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across the entire product lifecycle, from initial conceptualization through to production, collaborating with multiple teams.

Education

Advanced DegreeBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred

Experience

Enterprise AI SolutionsProven track record of developing AI solutions for enterprise environments
Customer InteractionDemonstrated experience working directly with customers and translating their requirements into technical solutions
