What you'll do

North Platform Feature Development: Build and ship features for North, Cohere's AI workspace platform, focusing on creating robust and scalable solutions for enterprise clients.
Autonomous Agent Development: Develop and deploy sophisticated autonomous agents capable of interacting with sensitive enterprise data securely and efficiently.
Customer-Centric Solution Delivery: Rapidly experiment and deliver high-quality AI solutions that exceed customer expectations across various industries like finance, healthcare, and telecommunications.
End-to-End Deployment Management: Lead comprehensive deployments of North platform in private cloud and on-premises environments, including planning, configuration, testing, and rollout.
Cross-Functional Product Development: Work across the entire product lifecycle from initial conceptualization through to production, ensuring seamless integration and performance.

Technical

Python Production ExperienceExtensive experience shipping production-grade Python applications with demonstrable track record.
RAG and Agentic Application DevelopmentProven expertise in building and deploying high-performance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic applications.
Full-Stack CapabilitiesStrong coding abilities with comfort working across different technology stacks and debugging complex system issues.

Education

Advanced DegreeBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred.

Experience

Enterprise AI IntegrationMinimum 3-5 years of experience in developing enterprise-grade AI solutions and working directly with client engineering teams.
Customer EngagementDemonstrated experience in customer-facing technical roles with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
